Yesterday and today we were restructuring the teaching bank. It is not only that we integrated new types (studies, case studies, didactics) of material which can be integrated in our collection of teaching materials, we also composed the relations between these different types of materials and built list's for better display. Lot work behind the scenes, update of the software system included
Finished! You'll find attached the marketing plan for eduate.eu's workpackage (creating a webportal). It has been established and developed by a group of third year marketing students, that I supervised for about a week and also checked over the final version with a marketing professor.
I think I have dine it correctly - but forgot to re-name the files...just have a look. Some nice ones of Haf and her sister and niece eating ice cream, a Welsh farm family and their beef counter, some Welsh grown vegetables and locally made oils, then lots of the chef and some of the audience looking on. The Chef was making the Finissh meat balls for us. All in Wales love the book and the ideas behind it.
The photos were saved as before but I cannot upload them. Will email to Christine and hopefully she can post them on-site. The book is proving popular and if I'd had 20 copies with me at the launch I could have sold them. \Instead I tried to get all to use the site to order the books on-line. Catch up soon.

Hi All
We launched our cookbook in the Anglsey Show in Wales last Wednesday. It was wet (!!!) but we were undercover. One of wales' great chefs did the honours and cooked on of the recipes - The Finnish Meatballs. He adjusted some small bits for the display as we did not have the berries mentioned...but it was wonderful. About 50 people watched his cooking and listened to my short presentation on the project and cookbook.
I am trying to upload the photos but my files are too big. Will go back and tray later on. Catch up soon.

Hello. I have passed on all information of our project to Karin Eyben at the Rural Community Network in northern Ireland - she works with Rasharkin Women’s Group, amongst other groups. Karin will pass on the website and cookbook links to the group and will try the project practice with the older and younger women of the area.

Cannot believe it, its hotter and drier in wales than in your places!!!! Wow!!! Have ordered 16 cookbooks and we are organising a launch at the Anglesey Show. Haf, Ann, Christine and Mair + some others will come. Not sure yet if chef will cook one of our recipes - he will be very busy in show week, but I hope he does something from the book. Will keep you posted and send you details of the chef and his work too.
